摘要
目的 :观察脑梗死、Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血小板 4项参数的变化。方法 :采用美国雅培 (Abbot)公司生产的CD - 170 0血细胞分析仪检测 43例脑梗死患者和 47例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者血小板 4项参数 ,并与 37例健康成人所测结果进行比较。结果 :脑梗死组平均血小板体积 (MPV)、血小板分布宽度 (PDW )均明显高于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;血小板计数 (PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)明显低于健康对照组 (P <0 0 1)。Ⅱ型糖尿病血管病变组MPV、PDW明显高于健康对照组 ,PLT明显低于健康对照组 ,而PCT与健康对照组无明显差异。Ⅱ型糖尿病无血管病变组与健康对照组比较 ,4项参数均无明显差异。结论 :血小板 4项参数的变化在脑梗死和糖尿病性血管病变的发生、发展中有重要作用。动态观察血小板 4项指标对脑梗死和糖尿病的治疗及预后判断有一定的临床意义。
Objectve:To investigate the variation of the 4 platelets parameters in patients with brain infarction and type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).Method:The 4 platelets parameters were analyzed by CD-1700 blood analyer made by Abbot Corporation,and compared with that in 30 normal subjects.Results:The MPV and PDW of patients with brain infarction and DM with vascular disease were higher than the control group(P<0 01)and the PLT of them were lower than the control group(P<0 01).The PCT of patients with brain infarction were lower than the control group(P<0 01).Compared with normal group,the 4 platelets parameters in patients of DM without vascular disease changed little.Conclusion:The variation of the 4 platelets parameters play a very important role in the generation and development of brain infarction and DM with vascular disease.The dynamic observation of the 4 platelets parameters is useful for the treatment and prognosis of these diseases.
