摘要
1989年以来,我们应用手术修复伸指肌腱加术后垂直钢针固定的方法治疗锤状指17例18指。随访3～8个月,成功13指,改善4指,失败1指。详细介绍了固定方法,并对锤状指的分型和治疗原则进行了探讨。
Since 1989, 17 cases ( 18 fingers) of mallet finger underwent surgical repair of the extensor tendons of the fingers combined with postoperative perpendicular pin transfixion. The follow-up was through 3 to 8 months. The results were 13 satisfactory, 4 improved and one failure. The method of pin transfixion was introduced in detail, and the classification of mallet fingers and the principles of treatment were discussed.
