摘要
为寻求使失神经肌肉恢复神经再支配的新方法,在12只兔下肢失神经肌肉模型上,进行了带神经血管肌束植入的实验研究,并与神经埋入法进行比较。术后14周,电子显微镜及形态学观察显示,带神经血管肌束植入后,失神经肌肉出现新的运动终板,肌纤维的恢复较神经埋入法为优,肌电图检查显示,诱发肌肉动作电位的波幅显著高于神经埋入法(P<0.05)。
In order to find a method for reinnervation of the denervated muscles using implantation of muscle bundle with nerve and blood vessels pedicle (NVMBI), we made a study in rabbits. Meanwhile, it was compared with direct muscular nerve implants (DNI). The results showed that I4 weeks after operation, electronic microscope, new motor end plates and good reconstruction of the muscular fibers had oceured in NVMBI group. Electromyography revealed the wave range of the single potential in NVMBI group was significantly higher than that in DNI group (P<0.05).
