摘要
在35侧成人上肢标本上,解剖观测了桡侧腕短伸肌神经及其伴行血管的关系.该肌神经来自桡神经的深支或浅支,可分离长度平均12.3cm以上,横径1.1mm,伴行动脉外径1.3mm。设计以神经肌支和伴行血管为蒂的桡侧腕短伸肌神经血管肌蒂,可转位修复正中神经损伤所致的前臂屈肌群的瘫痪.
Based on anatomical studies on 35 adult upper limb specimens, the nerve branch to the radial carpal extensor muscle is from the deep or the superficial branch of radial nerve. It is 1. 1 mm in width with a maximum freeable length of 12. 3 cm and is accompanied by an artery of 1. 3 mm in width. The neurovascular pedicle can be take with a piece of the short radial carpal extensor muscle for transferring in the treatment of antebrachial flexor muscle paralysis caused by mean nerve injury.
