流动态微波催化反应器处理染料废水的工艺稳定性 被引量:15

摘要 酸性蒽醌绿染料在微波辐射催化剂作用下,其脱色率与反应时间、固液比、进样浓度、微波功率密切相关.在静态试验中,固液比为1:2,反应时间为12min,200mg/L的酸性蒽醌绿染料的脱色率达82%.固液比越高,脱色效果越好;但功率过大,造成催化剂损失,效果反而下降.在连续流固液比1:1,进样浓度为200mg/L,HRT为10min,微波功率为250W时,酸性蒽醌绿染料脱色率保持在87.5%左右. The decolorization rate of telon fast green 5G dye was closely related with reaction time,solid-liquid ratio, influent concentration and microwave power when it was treated by microwave assisted catalysis. In static experiment, the decolorization rate reached 82% under the condition of 1:2 solid-liquid ratio, 12min reaction and 200mg/L influent concentration. The higher the solid-liquid ratio, the better the effect of decolorization; but the greater the microwave power, the lower the effect instead, because of heavy power causing loss of the catalyst. Decolorization rate kept about 87.5% at continuous operation under the conditions of 1:1 solid-liquid ratio, 200mg/L influent concentration, 10min HRT and 250W microwave power.
