摘要
考查了活性炭(GAC)固定床反应器在微波辅助催化氧化作用下对某石化公司高浓度含醛废水的连续处理情况.在消除活性炭吸附作用后,在微波功率400 W、废水流量6.4mL/m in、空气流量0.085 m3/h和45 g GAC条件下对含醛废水(初始CODC r浓度为33 494m g/L)进行了处理.实验结果表明,含醛废水的CODC r去除率为94%,TOC去除率为99%;在没有GAC的条件下,微波对含醛废水则几乎没有效果.
Microwave-assisted catalytic oxidation for the continuous treatment of high-concentration aldehydic wastewater from a petrochemical corporation through a granular activated carbon (GAC) fixed bed reactor was investigated. The effect of GAC adsorption was eliminated before the experiment and aldehydic wastewater (initial concentration of CODCr was 33 494 mg/L) was treated under the conditions of microwave power 400 W, wastewater flow 6.4 mL/min, air flow 0. 085 m^3/h and 45 g GAC. The experimental results show that microwave-assisted catalytic oxidation has effective removal of CODCr(94%) and TOC (99%) from high-concentration aldehydic wastewater; without GAC, it has minor effect on the treatment of aldehydic wastewater.
