摘要
工业发展经历了3种不同的模式,即传统的线性经济模式、环境工程或末端治理模式、清洁生产模式。在不同的工业发展模式下,对环境的影响是存在本质区别的。通过对线性经济模式对环境的破坏以及末端治理模式的环境绩效和局限性的分析研究,说明清洁生产模式符合可持续发展的要求。
Industrial development experiences 3 different patterns: traditional linear economy, environmental engineering or terminal administration, and clean production patterns. Different industrial development patterns exert essentially different influence on environment. The study reveals the damaging effect on the environment in the linear economy pattern and the limitation of the environmental achievements in the terminal administration pattern, which leads to the conclusion that the clean production pattern meets the need of sustainable development.
