摘要
本文采用碳酸锰的热分解法研制了具有高活性度的γ—MnO_2。通过化学分析和理化性能的测试结果表明,产品的化学成分接近或优于ZBG-13001-86中规定的一级品的各项指标;x-射线分析结果属γ-MnO_2晶型;视密度在1.85g·cm^(-3)左右;比表面为50m^2·g^(-1)左右。以上各项已接近或优于比利时产化学二氧化锰的质量。
γ-MnO_2 with high activity had been prepared by the heat decomposition ofmanganese carbonate.The result of the physical and chemical test of the productis as follows:the quality indexes of the product are approach to(or in excessof)that of the first-order product in ZBG-13001-86.The test with x-ray diff-raction states clearly:It's γ-MnO_2.It's apparent density is 1.85±0.04g·cm^(-3).It's specific suface is about 50m^2·g^(-1).All these quality of the product are approachto(or in excess of)that of the chemical manganese dioxide(made in Belgium).
