摘要
报道了一种制备电池用化学二氧化锰(简称CMD)的新方法———直接氧化结合重质化法。在同种初级MnO2中,采用3种不同重质化处理法时,所制得样品可适用于铵型或碱性锌锰电池。样品制成R6、R20和LR03实体电池进行放电试验时,放电性能接近比利时Sedema公司FaradizerM、WSA(CMD)型样品的水平。
A new method of manufacturing chemical manganese dioxide(CMD)——combining direct oxidation with densification is reported. After three different densification procedures carried out in the treatment of the same kind of primary MnO2, the products respectively adapted to the ammonium-type or the alkaline Zn-Mn battery. The discharge properties of three type batteries as R6, R20 and LR03 containing above CMD approach the level of which containing Faradizer M and WSA-type CMD from Belgian Sedama Company.
