摘要
高校科技成果转化难严重影响了科技第一生产力作用的充分发挥。高校科技成果转化难的原因主要在于科研为生产服务的意识不强 ,选题与生产需要结合不够紧密 ,课题论证不够充分 ,缺乏资金支持 ,中试环节不健全 ,没有找到成果转化结合点 ,推广对象不适当 ,宣传力度不够。为加快成果转化 ,选题时要认真调研 ,深入实际找课题 ,开发成果要力求中试完毕再推出 ;成果转让要有的放矢 ,明示销售导向 ,选准谈判对象 ;要深化高校科技体制改革 ,加大产学研结合力度 ,大力发展高校科技中介机构 ,加大宣传力度。
It acutely affected the full developing of the role of science and technology as the first productive forces that the scientific achievements is difficult to transform to productive forces. The reason of that the scientific achievements is difficult to transform lies in; the awareness of that science research should serve production is thin;the selection of subject can not closely integrate to production demand; the subject has not fully been expound and prove;the scientific achievements lack the link of intermediate trial production;the integration point of the transforming has not been found; the object of spreading and introducing is not proper, the funds is short of ,the publicity is not enough and so on. To accelerate its transforming, the research worker should seriously investigation and study, find subject from production, the scientific achievements should be spread after intermediate trial production,the transferring should transfer to pyoper object, indicate the market and select proper negotiations object,must deepen the reform of science and technology system in institutions of higher learning, promote the inte gration among enterprise, school and research agency, strive to develop science and technology medium agency in institutions of higher learning;should strengthen the publicity and so on.
