摘要
随着经济全球化时代的到来,以信息技术、生物技术为代表的高新技术飞速发展,带来了世界经济社会的快速发展。作为国家科技创新体系重要组成部分的高校,已成为推动我国知识创新、技术创新和高新技术产业发展的一支重要生力军。因此,进一步加强我国高校科技成果转化具有非常重要的意义。
With the arrival of economical globalization epoch, the high-tech which is represented by the information technology and the biological technology develops rapidly, which has caused the boom of the world economy. The universities, as an important constituent of the national science and technology innovation system, have become the essential new force to impel our country knowledge innovation, the technical innovation and a high-tech industry development. Therefore,further strengthening our country universities science and technology achievement transformation has much significance.
