星形细胞瘤热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达的研究

摘要 目的 研究HSP70在星形细胞瘤中的表达与肿瘤病理分级的关系,探讨HSP70在星形细胞瘤预后判断上的价值。方法 用SP免疫组化方法对96例星形细胞瘤中HSP70的表达进行研究。结果 在星形细胞瘤中,HSP70的阳性表达随星形细胞瘤的病理分级增高而增加。结论 结合脑星形细胞瘤的病理组织分级,HSP70的表达能反映星形细胞瘤的恶性进展,从而对判断的预后有一定价值。 Objectives To explore the relationship between the immunohistochemical expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and the pathological grading of astrocytomas, and to discuss the value of HSP70 to estimation of the prognosis of the patients with astrocytomas. Methods SP immunohistochemical staining technique was used to deturmine HSP70 expression in the specimens taken from 96 cases of the astrocytomas, and the relationship between the HSP70 expression and prognosis was analyzed in 96 patients with astrocytomas. Result The percentage of positive HSP70 expression was significantly correlated positively with the pathological grades of the astrocytomas (P<0.01). Conclusion Detection of the positive rate of HSP70 expression was helpful to the estimation of the prognosis in the patients with astrocytomas.
