摘要
目的 探讨显微神经外科技术在大型听神经瘤切除术中的应用。方法 通过对285例大型、巨大型听神经瘤显微外科手术治疗的病例进行统计分析。结果 应用显微外科技术将肿瘤全切除262例,次全切除23例。面神经保留率达69.5％,听神经保留率32％。结论 对大型、巨型的听神经瘤选择不同的手术入路,应用显微外科技术,可提高肿瘤全切除率,有效地保护颅神经的功能。
Objective To evaluate the application of microsurgical techniques to the treatment of large and giant acoustic neuromas. Method The data of 285 patients with large or giant acoustic neuromas, who were treated by using microneuro-surgical techniques, were reviewed retrospectively. Results Total removal of the tumor was achieved in 262 and subtotal in 23 cases. The facial nerves in 198 (69.5%) cases and the acoustic nerves in 91 (32%) cases were reserved. Conclusions The rates of total tumor removal and reservation of cranial nerves can all be increased during the microneurosurgery by choosing appropriate approaches for treatment of the large or giant acoustic neuromas.
