摘要
目的 :分离培育阴道内嗜酸乳杆菌。方法 :通过筛选培养基组份及菌种防冻剂进行乳杆菌的培育和贮存。结果 :不同氮源、碳源及抑菌剂对嗜酸乳杆菌生长的影响及不同防冻剂对菌种活性的影响均有明显差异。结论 :选择适当的培养基和菌种保护剂利于嗜酸乳杆菌的大量生产及贮存。
Objective: To separate and culture eosino_lactobacillus living in vagina.Methods: lactobcillus was cultured and storaged by selecting different culture medium and antifreezer.Results: Different effects on lactobacillus growth in different nitrogen, carbon and bacteriostatic medium and on lactobacillus activity in differents antifreezer were observed.Conclusion: lactobacillus could be produced in large quantities by selecting culture medium and be storaged well by selecting antifreezers.
