摘要
目的 :探讨 8-Cl-cAMP对人食管癌细胞生长相关基因EGFR表达的影响。方法 :原代分组培养食管癌细胞后 ,采用完整细胞原位RNA斑点印迹技术对滴膜进行斑点印迹。结果 :经 8-Cl -cAMP处理的实验组EGFR的阳性信号较不加 8-Cl-cAMP处理的对照组EGFR的阳性信号弱 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :8-Cl-cAMP可下调与食管癌细胞生长相关的EGFR基因表达。
Objective: To approach the effects of 8-Cl-cAMP on expression of EGFR in human exophageal cancer cells.Methods: After the human esophageal cancer cells were cultured at final concentration of 10 -5 mol/L 8-Cl-cAMP for 24h, both the experimental group cells and the control group cells were identified by using intact cell RNA dot blot techniques.Results: The gene expression of EGFR in the experimental group was weaker than that in the control group.Conclusion: The results shows that 8-Cl-cAMP can suppress the gene expression of EGFR in human esophageal cancer cells.
