组织蛋白酶B在胃癌组织中mRNA的变化 被引量:1

摘要 运用地高辛自由引物法标记1020bp CB cDNA 探针行斑点印迹杂交,检测胃癌手术标本中CBmRNA 含量。结果表明:胃癌组织中 CBmRNA 含量非常显著地高于非癌组织(P<0.01。提示 CB 在胃癌组织中的表达增高可能与胃癌的进展有关。 DIG-labeling 1020bp CB cDNA probe was used to detect the Cathepsin B mRNA expression in gastric carcinoma samples by dot blot.The results revealed that the mRNA expression of CB in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in non-neoplastic tissue(P<0.01).The results would suggest that the expression of CB in gastric carcinoma might correlate with tumor progression.
