摘要
目的探讨影响脊髓型颈椎病前路手术疗效的因素。方法对1992年9月～2001年1月的75例脊髓型颈椎病患者前路手术后的疗效及常见影响因素作一分析。结果病程及年龄与疗效有关,手术范围及融合方式与疗效无关。结论建议脊髓型颈椎病患者确诊后尽早手术治疗,合适的手术方式及减压范围均可取得满意疗效。
Objective To explore the influencing factors o f curative effect of anterior decomp ression for cervical spondylotic my elopathy.Methods The effects and common influencing f actors of 75patients with cervical s pondylotic myelopathy treated by an terior decompression from September 1992to January 2001w ere analyzed.Results Disease course and patient age had re lationship with the effect while not the operative scope and method.Conclusion We suggest that operation be perform ed as soon as possible when cervical s pondylotic myelopathy is diagnosed.The satisfactory result will be achieved by proper operative way and decompression scope.
