后路RSS-Ⅲ型内固定系统在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨RSS-Ⅲ型内固定系统在胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的应用。方法对34例经影像学诊断的胸腰椎骨折病人,采用RSS-Ⅲ型内固定系统固定或同时行椎板减压,植骨融合。结果伤椎高度由47.5%恢复至93.4%;水平移位完全恢复;Cobb’S角由术前平均26.2°恢复到术后5.4°。椎管受压程度:删除椎管开放减压的6例,余受压面积由术前46%恢复到术后16%,受压的矢状径从术前52.8%恢复到81.8%。脊髓神经功能恢复按Frankel分级标准均有1级以上的改善。结论RSS-Ⅲ型内固定系统是一种治疗胸腰椎爆裂性骨折的有效方法。 Objective To explore the outcome of thoracic, lumbar vertebrae burst fracture with RSS-Ⅲ spinal system.Methods A total of 34 patients with thoracic, lumbar vertebrae burst fractures were operated with RSS- Ⅲ spinal system,meanwhile, some of them were given leminectomy and fusion operations.Results The height of injured vertebrae was recovered from 47.5 % to 93.4%;Translational displacement was completely restored.Cobb angle was from 26.2° to 5.4° .The compression area was from 46% to 16% except for the laminectomy 6 cases. The sagittal diameter was from 52.8% to 81.8%.The Spinal cord function recovery was over 1 grade.Conclusion The RSS-III spinal system is good and effective in treatment of thoracic, lumbar vertebrae burst fracture.
