摘要
随着生物技术的发展,生物技术已开始在食品领域中得到广泛应用,并以转基因食品的形式出现。由于转基因食品是由外源基因导和产生的,因此,人们从自身健康和生态环境两方面对转基因食品的安全性提出了疑问。
Biological technology is starting to be used in the field of food . Its main form is transgenic food. This essay elaborates the safety of transgenic food and introduces the main argument over the safety of transgenic food. It also briefly sums up the other countries' management pattern of transgenic food.
