摘要
利用基因工程技术改造植物和动物可以提高食品的产量与质量,给社会带来巨大的经济效益,但其安全性问题也不容忽视。本文综述了基因工程技术在食品工业中的应用,就转基因食品的发展、安全性和发展前景作了探讨。
With genetic engineering modifying plants and animals, the yield and quality of food improved greatly and great economic benefits were brought, but the safety should not be ignored. The applications of genetic engineering in food industry were introduced. The development, safety and prospects of transgenic food were discussed.
