摘要
文章从世界经济和高等教育的发展趋势 ,结合我国经济发展和高等教育的实际 ,论证了高教园区建设的必要性 ,并对将宁波高教园区建成知识经济的核心和辐射源的理念进行了论证。认为宁波高教园应对科技园区形成强有力地支撑 ,为此我们应该引入斯坦福硅谷理念 ,构建宁波高教园一科技园模式 ,提高高等教育对宁波经济发展的贡献率。
In terms of the developing trend in the world economy and higher educatior,and the actual state of affairs in our country,the paper proves the necessity of the construction of the higher learning district and that of making the district the core and radiant of a knowledge based economy,insisting that it be a powerfwl support to the Science Technology District,thus the introduction of the concept of Stanford--Silicon Valley,a pattern for Higher Learning District--Science Technology District,which will increase the contribution of higher education to the economic development in Ningbo.
