摘要
目的 :探讨魔芋葡甘聚糖对血脂、血液流变学的作用与机理。方法 :采用高脂血症动物模型 ,动态观察魔芋葡甘聚糖对甘油三酯 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、全血高切粘度 (ηbh)及低切粘度 (ηbl)、血浆粘度 (ηp)、红细胞电泳时间 (EPT)的影响。结果 :治疗组TC、TG、ηbh、ηbl、ηp均降低 ,EPT缩短 ,HCT、HDL C升高。结论 :魔芋葡甘聚糖具有调节脂代谢 ,并通过改善红细胞表面电荷等机制降低血液粘滞性。
In order to explore the function and mechanism of Glucomannan on blood lipid and hemorheology. Methods: A hyperlipemia animal model was established and the effect of Glucomannan on triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high density lipoprotein(HDL C),blood high sheer viscosity(ηbh), plasma viscosity(ηp),blood low sheer viscosity(ηbl), erythrocyte electrophoresis time (EPT) were dynamically observed.Results:The TC, TG, ηbh, ηbl, ηp lowered, EPT shortened, HDL C elevated, They were more evident than those of control group.Conclusion:Glucomannan could regulate the lipid metabolism, and through improving the surface electric charge of RBC to lower the blood viscosity.
