摘要
通过对白魔芋精粉通便作用的药理研究,表明白魔芋精粉对小鼠小肠运动机能有明显的促进作用,提高小肠推进率;抑制正常大鼠小肠对水分的吸收;明显缩短小鼠的排便时间。这些结果提示白魔芋通便作用可能与促进肠运动,抑制肠吸收有关。
The results showed that Amorphophallus albus significantly enhanced intestinal movement in mice, increased propulsive rate of small intestine in mice, inhibited absorption of moisture content in the intestine in normalmice, significantly shortened time of defection in mice. These results suggested that the effect of Amorphophallus albus on relieving constipation related to enhancing intestinal movement, inhibiting absorption in small intestion.
