摘要
对钢丝绳绳芯早期失效原因进行分析 ,认为失效的主要原因有 :绳芯内外层股受力不均匀 ,绳芯钢丝与钢丝绳主股外层丝直径相差较大造成使用中的磨损程度不同 ,金属绳芯储油能力低 ,钢丝绳受轴向周期性载荷 ,钢丝绳中钢丝间接触应力过大造成裂纹源等。可通过提高绳芯钢丝强度、增大绳芯捻距 ,采用合适结构的绳芯 ,改善润滑效果和采取涂 (填 )
To analyze the cause of early stage failure of metal core in wire rope.The main causes are described as:the external strands of the core are not loaded uniformly,bigger wire diameter difference between core and external strands of rope leads to different wear,oil reserve capability of metal core is low,wire rope bears axial period load,overlarge contact stress between wires in rope brings about crackle source and so on.The quality and service life of the rope core can be improved by such measures as raising strength of steel wire in rope core,increasing lay length of rope core,using suit structure rope core,improving lubrication effect,adopting plastics coating technology,etc.
