摘要
为了简化PCR模板DNA的制备 ,选取 4种实验材料 ,采用SDS一步法制备PCR模板 .经PCR扩增 ,获得同常规方法制备的模板相近的实验结果 .实现了“一管一步”制备模板DNA ,从而开辟了一种快速、简易。
In order to simplify the preparation of template,this paper give a rapid and simple way for DNA extraction.It can be done in one step and just in several hours.Four kinds of experiment material are selected to obtain PCR template.It can be directly used in PCR amplification and get a good result.
