摘要
研究了用杂多酸为催化剂催化柠檬酸和正丁醇合成柠檬酸三丁酯的反应 .对实验条件如原料比、催化剂用量、酯化时间、反应温度等进行了探索 ,提出适宜的酯化条件 .在杂多酸 0 .2g ,柠檬酸 3 0g ,酸醇摩尔比为 1∶3 4 ,反应时间为 3h ,反应温度为 1 45~ 1 5 0℃的条件下 ,酯化率可达到97 0 4 %.实验表明 ,用杂多酸作为催化剂不仅反应时间短、活性高、酯化率高 ,而且产品纯度高、质量好 ,反应后处理简单 ,而且催化剂又可以重复使用 ,从而开拓了柠檬酸三丁酯酯化催化剂的新领域 .
The synthesis of tributyl citrate by esterification of citric acid with butanol by heteropoly acid has been reported.The suitable conditions of the synthesis have been studied,such as the proportion of temperature etc.The amount of catalyst,reaction time,reaction temperature etc.When heteropoly 0.2g,citric acid 30g,acid alcohol ration of molal 1:3.4,reaction time 3*!h and reaction temperature is 145*!℃ to 150*!℃,ester yield reaches 97.04%.The experimental results showed that the heteropoly acid catalyst had short reaction time,high catalytic activity,stabilyty,and product′s,high purity good character.After reaction simple handle ,and cayalyst can repeat use.Thus open up new domain of tirbutyl citrate esterification catalyst.
