摘要
运用赫茨伯格双因素激励理论中激励因素、维持因素等关系原理,结合管理工作实际,可以总结出一些实用的激励机制,从而促进管理效率的提高。
In this paper, the authors discuss the relations between motivative factor and the sustentive factor in Frederic Herzberg' s motivation theory of two factors by which we can combine with our practical managing work and sum up some practical motivation mechanisms to raise the efficiency of our managing work.
