摘要
作者从被动扩散、化学促渗、电磁技术、波动技术、微纳米技术和及其综合使用 6个方面 ,系统地综述了近两年来国内外在经皮给药领域 ,尤其是促进药物的经皮渗透方面 ,于基础研究和应用等几个方面所取得的进展 ,指出了各种方法的最新研究成果。
This review covers the recent development and progress of transdermal drug delivery in major aspects,namely passive diffusion,chemical enhancers,electric and magnetic enhancement, wave enhancement,microfabricated microneedles etc.Detailed discussions are focused on the fundamental research,applications,existent problems and potential development of the main drug release approaches in each area.
