摘要
介绍了在郑州中原干燥设备与 Barmag公司嫁接设备上 ,应用瑞士 K- tron Soder公司生产的色母粒注射机 ,采用纺前注射着色的方法 ,生产 1 0 5 dtex/ 36 f三叶形黑色涤纶 FDY的生产工艺 ,LWF-2型色母粒注射机的工作原理及特点 ,讨论了 PET切片、色母粒的干燥条件及加入量和纺丝卷绕工艺 。
The process of solution injection dyeing for 105 dtex/36f black trilobal PET FDY production was presented using K\|tron Soder masterbatch injector (Switzerland) in a graft line of Zhengzhou Zhongyuan drying equipment and Barmag spinning equipment. The operation mechanism and the characteristics of LWF\|2 masterbatch injector were described.The design and control of the drying conditions, the addition of PET chip and masterbatch, and the spinning and take\|up process were discussed. And some proposals were suggested against color difference.
