介绍了在大连华阳与日本村田嫁接设备上应用瑞士山道士公司生产的T20型减量注射器,以纺前注射阻燃色母粒的方法生产涤纶有色阻燃FDY的生产技术及工艺路线,并提出了几点注意事项。
In this paper, the teclmological process of spun-injecting masterbatch by Sandoz T20 decreasing injector to produce colour and flame-retardant PET FDY on the combined FDY production line which equipments are separatelymade by Dalian Hua Yang Co.and.Mu-rata Co.is introduced. Bv the time,some cautions are also illustrated.
