摘要
在氟涂料中拼合一定量含羟基丙烯酸树脂 ,可有效提高涂层的耐溶剂性和耐沸水附着力 ,以扩大常温交联型氟涂料的应用范围。介绍了拼合用丙烯酸树脂的配方及其制法。讨论了丙烯酸树脂中的软硬单体配比、羟基含量 ,以及丙烯酸树脂与氟树脂的配比对涂层性能的影响。
Fluoro Coatings incorporated with acrylic resin containing hydroxyl can effectively improve its properties of solvent and boiling water resistance so as to further its application.An introduction was made herein to the formulation of incorporating acrylic resin and its preparation,the ratio of soft to hard monomer and hydroxyl content in the acrylic resin,and the film influence caused by the ration of acrylic resin to fluoro resin.
