摘要
介绍了含氟乳液制备所需的常规物料及新开发的物料品种等。按照物料的选择及制备步骤的差异归纳总结了含氟乳液的5种制备方法,介绍了各方法的特色、工业化前景及进一步深入研究所需注意的问题;指出新型原料的开发和工业化,以及适合含氟乳液工业化制备技术的开发是今后需着重解决的难题。
The article presented the convenient raw materials and new developed materials used for the preparation of fluoro-containing emulsions. According to the selection of raw materials and the difference of process steps five techniques to prepare fluorine-containing emulsions were introduced and summarized. The features of the techniques, industrialization prospect and matters need attention are presented. It was pointed out that the development and indus- trialization of new materials should be paid more attention to, as well as the development of new techniques for industri- alization of preparing fluorine-containing emulsions.
