摘要
以钛酸丁酯为主要原料 ,通过溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO2 涂膜。在合适的配比nTi(OC4 H9) 4 ∶nH2 O∶nOET=1∶1∶0 .86 80~ 1.0 4 16时可得到均匀的涂膜 ,适宜的提拉速度一般应控制在 1~ 2mm/s之间 ,外加剂PEG可改变薄膜的透光性 ,且PEG加入量越大薄膜透光性越差。
Forming TiO 2 cross out film with Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 by using sol-gel method.Get even cross out film in the condition of n Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 ∶n H 2O ∶n OET =1∶1∶0.8680~1.0416,suitable hoist speed should be generally controlled from 1 to 2 mm/s, the added amout of PEG can change transmittancy of the cross out film,and the more the added amount of PEG is,the worse tranmittancy of the cross out film will be.
