摘要 近年来 ,细胞生物与生物材料学的迅速发展加快了骨、软骨组织工程的研究。骨、软骨组织工程的系列研究中 ,种子细胞是骨、软骨组织工程研究的核心内容。本文就骨、软骨组织工程的种子细胞 :成骨细胞、软骨细胞、骨髓基质细胞、间充质干细胞。 Bone and cartilage tissue engineering is growing rapidly and is critically driven by scientific advances in the areas of cell biology and biomaterial sciences. In this field seed cell is key point. This article discusses research progress in seed cells including osteoblasts, chondrocytes, bone marrow stromal cells, mesenchymal stem cells, embryonic stem cells, and their related immunology.
