摘要
B7家族属免疫球蛋白类 ,目前已发现 5种 ,即B7 1,B7 2 ,B7 H1,B7 H2和B7 H3等。它们结构相似 ,均可在机体免疫过程中作为共刺激因子 (第 2信号 ) ,与T、B细胞的活化和机体免疫有关。B7家族在肿瘤治疗、器官移植和自体免疫病的治疗方面有重要作用 ,在基础研究方面则可以用于T、B细胞分化、活化机制、抗原提呈、共刺激机制、免疫耐受。
B7 family is a group of co stimulators ( second signals) and correlates with T, B cell activation and immunologic functions, belongs to immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily and consists of B7 1, B7 2, B7 H1, B7 H2 and B7 H3. B7 family has an important implications in the treatment on cancers, trans and auto immune diseases. In fundamental study, it can be used in study on T, B cell differentiation and activation, antigen presentation, co stimulating mechanism, immune tolerance, transplant rejection and auto immune.
