摘要
邓小平是我国农村改革的倡导者、支持者和领导者，他在总结建国以来农业发展经验和教训的基础上，提出了农业改革与发展的理论，极大地调动了农民的生产积极性，开创了建设有中国特色社会主义农业的新局面。邓小平关于农业的基础地位、农业的现代化和乡镇企业的大量论述，构成一个具有突出特点的理论认识领域，是建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。正是在邓小平同志正确思想的指导下，我国农业和农村经济在２０多年的改革和发展中，取得了国内外公认的巨大成就。而在今后，邓小平农业发展理论将依然是我们做好农业和农村工作的重要指南。
Drawing on the experience and lessons from China's agricultural development since the fo- unding of the People' s Republic of China, Deng Xiaoping, an advocate and architect of China's rural reform, presented some theories on the agricultural reform and development, opening a road of socialist agriculture with Chinese characteristics and arousing the farmers' enthusiasm for production. Deng Xiaoping's exposition on the fundamental position of agriculture in economy, agricultural modernization and township enterprises, which are an essential part of the theory on building socialism with Chinese characteristics, gives rise to a theoretical domain with striking features. It is under the guide of Deng 's thoughts that China has achieved tremendous successes in agriculture and rural economy in the past twenty years' reform and development. It can be concluded that Deng Xiaoping' s theory on agricultural development will remain an important guide to better work on agriculture and the rural area.
