农业现代化离不开要素投入和科技进步 ,也离不开剩余劳动力转移和适度规模经营 ,然而 ,工业倾斜的宏观经济政策 ,却长期抽取大量的农业资源 ,阻碍农业要素投入和剩余劳动力转移 ,成为中国农业现代化滞缓的根本原因。 2 1世纪中国加速农业现代化 。
Agriculture modernization could not be realized without resources input,technology development,surplus work forces transferring and land appropriate assembling.The macroeconomicpolicy of declining for industry,however,draws a large scale of resources out of agriculture,resists agriculture resources input and lags surplus work forces transferring for a long term,becoming the fundamental factor of lagging agriculture modernization proceeding.In the 21st century,changing the macroeconomicpolicy from declining for industry to industry financing agriculture is an inevitable strategic choice for Chinese agriculture modernization.
