摘要
在深入调查的基础上 ,依据《中华人民共和国高等教育法》和《中华人民共和国教育法》有关筹措资金的规定 ,分析了我国加入 WTO后高等教育依法进一步拓展与延伸融资渠道的必要性、重要性和可行性 。
On the basis of profound in vestigations and in accordance with the relevant clauses on collecting funds of Higher Education Law of The People's Republic of China and Education law of The piople's Republic of China ,this article makes a deep analysis on the necessity,importance and feasibility of expanding and extending financial channels after China's entry into WTO,and thus proposes some ethods.
