摘要
高等教育经费不足已经成为制约我国各层次高校建设和发展的最大难题。对于高等教育资金的筹措,目前研究者大多持这样的观点:中国教育的融资渠道应该也必须多元化,才能改变目前高等教育融资渠道单一、经费不足的困境。但相对于目前巨额的经费缺口而言,其他融资规模微不足道,在当前教育体制下,短期内增长潜力有限,难以改善我国高等教育经费短缺的现状。短期内,解决高等教育经费短缺的有效途径仍是加大政府投资力度。
Shortage of funds is now the greatest problem in the development of higher education in China. Many scholars believe that the money needed should be raised through various channels, but at the present time it is still difficult to collect enough money in this way. The only way out, the present author believes, is to turn to government for help. Government should put in more money to solve the problem.
