摘要
双醛淀粉用途广泛 ,但在国内几乎没有生产和应用。文中对双醛淀粉的制备工艺进行了系统研究 ,得出了制备双醛淀粉的最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明 :在所选参数下 ,高碘酸钠氧化淀粉时 ,高碘酸钠应稍过量 ;Na IO4 /Starch摩尔比 =1.1/ 1;Na IO4 浓度为 0 .7M;反应温度 35~ 4 0℃ ;反应时间控制在 3h;p H值在 1.2~ 1.5为好 ;所得产品中淀粉的醛基含量在 95
Dialdehyde starch was extensively used abroad but it is scarcely produced and applied in China .The technology for producing dialdehyde starch was systematically studied in this experiment. The optimal conditions for producing dialdehyde starch was obtained. The experimental results show that dialdehyde starch can be prepared at 35~40℃ for 3 h with other conditions of sodium periodate starch mole ratio of 1.1, sodium periodate concentration of 0.7 M and pH value of 1.2~1.5 and the dialdehyde content of final product is more than 95%.
