摘要
以双醛淀粉为主要原料合成淀粉胶黏剂,采用交联剂异氰酸酯对其进行改性,研究聚乙烯醇(PVA)加入量、pH、异氰酸酯改性剂的添加量、热压温度对淀粉胶黏剂胶接性能的影响。结果表明:当反应体系pH为2.0、PVA加入量(质量比)为5.0%、异氰酸酯改性剂添加量为双醛淀粉的20%、热压温度为110℃时,制得的胶合板性能满足Ⅱ类胶合板的使用要求。
Starch adhesive was prepared by using dialdehyde starch as main raw material,and the properties of the starch adhesive were modified with isocyanate as cross-linking agent.The effects of the additive amount of PVA, pH value of the reaction system,the additive amount of isocyanate and hot press temperature on the properties of starch adhesive were studied.The results showed that the optimal conditions for making starch adhesive with quali-fied properties included 5 wt% of PVA,pH value as 2.0,and 20 wt% of isocyanate.The plywood prepared with the above adhesive and hot-pressed under 110 ℃ could meet the application demand as II category of plywood matc-hing GB /T 9846 -2004.
