摘要
从50种培养基中筛选出的粗面粉琼脂培养基,用作稻瘟病菌产孢培养基,具有成分简单、适应性广、培养效果好(培养时间短、产孢好、不易污染杂菌)的特点,是试验室条件下培养稻瘟病菌分生孢子理想的培养基。
RWA medium ( rough wheat flour 20g, agar 15g, distilled water1000ml)was screened as the best one from 50 media tested for sporulation ofP. oryzae. It was found to be favourable for the production of conidia in greatnumber. This method is easy to operate in labortaory.
