稻瘟病菌生物学特性及产孢条件研究 被引量:6

摘要 研究稻瘟病菌生物学特性及产孢条件,可以为水稻抗稻瘟病育种提供依据。为此,比较了从不同生态区分离得到的4个稻瘟菌株(T1、T4、8400J2、YL5)间生物学特性的差异,并对其产孢条件进行了深入研究。结果表明:不同稻瘟菌株在菌落形态、菌丝结构、孢子特性等方面均存在明显差异。影响稻瘟菌产孢的条件中,光照时间是最主要的因素,以12h光暗交替处理时其产孢量最高;培养基和培养温度对稻瘟菌的产孢量也存在显著影响;4个稻瘟菌菌株的生物学特性差异明显,其中8400J2产孢量最高。确定稻瘟菌的最佳产孢条件为:选用米糠培养基、在28℃左右培养、以12h光暗交替诱导48h,此条件下8400J2菌株的产孢量可达9.25×104个/mL。 In this paper,the biological characteristics of different rice blast fungus strains isolated from different ecological regions were compared and their sporulation conditions were studied in depth.The results showed that colony morphology,hyphal structure and spore properties of different rice blast strains were significantly different.Illumination time was the most important factor for rice blast fungus sporulation,and the highest spore amount appeared under 12 h light and dark alternating processing;medium and incubation temperature could significantly affect its sporulation.The biological characteristics of 4 rice blast fungus strains were significantly different,in which 8400J2 had the highest sporulation.The optimal sporulation condition was using rice bran medium,culturing at 28 ℃ and inducing for 48 h with 12 h alternating light and dark,under which the sporulation of 8400J2 reached 9.25×104 spores/mL.
