摘要
目的 评估乳腺癌的体外化疗药物敏感性。方法 运用MTT法检测 12种临床常用化疗药物对 5 5例原代培养乳腺癌细胞系的抑制有效率。结果 12种药物的抑制有效率为 16%～ 5 1% ,5 -Fu、PTX、DDP、EPI、NVB等 5种药物敏感性最好 ,与其它 7种药物差异有显著性 ;不同个体敏感药物不一定相同。
Objective To assess the sensitivity of some chemotherapeutical agents to breast cancer. Methods 12 chemotherapeutical agents were used to exam the effective rates of inhibition of 55 breast cell lines by MTT assay in vitro. Results These agents' effective rates were among 16%～51%. 5 chemotherapeutical agents such as 5-Fu, PTX,DDP,NVB and EPI were the most sensitive ones to breast cancer compared with other 7 agents, whose difference had statistic significance. Moreover, different cases with breast cancer had a different sensitive chemotherapeutical agent table. Conclusion Evaluating the breast cancer' sensitivity of chemotherapeutical agents by MTT assay can benefit its individualized chemotherapy.
