摘要
目的 研究镉对雌性大鼠血清FSH(促卵泡激素)、LH(黄体生成激素)水平的影响。方法 以不同剂量镉(分别为0、0.25(或0.5)mg/kg、1.0mg/kg)对雌性大鼠进行亚急性、亚慢性注射染毒。一批大鼠染毒7、14d后测定血清中的LH、FSH的变化;另一批大鼠染毒30d后测定血清中LH、FSH含量。结果 染毒7、14d天大鼠血清FSH、LH含量高、低剂量组与对照组比较差异均无显著性(P>0.05);染毒30d,各剂量组大鼠血清中LH、FSH仍未见显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 在本实验条件下,染镉雌性大鼠血清FSH、LH水平未见明显变化。结论镉亚急性及亚慢性染毒,尚未造成雌性大鼠垂体功能损伤,抑或存在损伤仍能通过垂体的代偿功能而维持FSH、LH在正常水平范围。
[Objective] To study Effects of cadmium on Serum FSH or LH levels in Female rats. [Methods]Female SD Rats were given cadmium subactuely and subchronicly with vary doses (respectively 010.25(or 0.5) 、1.0 mg/kg·d) .one part of rats were given cadmium for 7 days and for 14 days, then serum follicle - stimulating - hormone (FSH) luteinizing hormone (LH) in rat were measured. The other part of rats were given cadmium for 30 days and serum FSH or LH in rat were measured. [Results] Serum FSH or LH was not significant different in group given cadmium of low or high dose for 7 days and for 14 days compared with that of control group ( P > 0.05) . there was still no difference of serum FSH or LH level among each group given cadmium for 30 days ( P > 0.05) . [Conclusion] Under this condition,it is concluded that there was not significant change of serum FSH or LH level in female rat given cadmium. It is suggested that function of Pituitary in female rats was still not adversed or maintain the normal range of FSH or LH through blance function of Pituitary when function of Pituitary in female rats was adversed under the condition of expose to cadmium subactuely and subchronicly.
