摘要
本文采用镉亚慢性经口投予方式，研究饮含镉１５ｐｐｍ和７５ｐｐｍ的饮水对雌、雄性小鼠性腺的影响。结果表明，镉对雄鼠睾丸有损伤作用，但未能引起精子数量、运动能力和形态的明显改变；镉对雄鼠附睾和雌鼠卵巢无明显影响。
Subchronic and oral administration were chosen to observe the inflence of cadmium on sexual glands of mice, 15ppm and 75ppm cadmium were given through drinking water for nine weeks.The results showed that: cadmium could damage testies, but it couldn’t decrease the number of sperms. Cadmium has no effect on epididymis and ovary.
