摘要 核医学影像的发展经历了闪烁扫描机、γ照相机、单光子发射计算机断层成像SPECT以及正电子发射计算机断层成像PET几个阶段 ,它们的显著特点是可以进行功能成像。尤其是PET能在分子水平进行功能成像 ,灵敏度高 ,特异性好 ,但解剖结构不清楚 ;PET/CT将PET的功能图像和CT的解剖图像融合 ,不仅能检出细小的病变组织 ,而且能准确定位。可以说PET/CT代表核医学影像的未来 ,具有很强的生命力。 Since 50's, the development of nuclear medicine imaging has experienced radionuclid scanner, gamma camera, Single Pantom Emission Computer Tomography (SPECT), Position Electronic Tomography (PET). Outstanding characteristic of it is functional imaging. The advantage of PET is functional and molecular imaging, high resolution and sensitivity. But PET can not tell exactly where a tumor is in the anatomy, merging of functional PET images and anatomy CT images not only can find small tumor, but also provide the anatomical reference that shows the precise location of a lesion. PET/CT represents the future of nuclear medicine imaging and has a strong vitality.
