摘要 目的:研究激光焊接在不同参数设置下,对镍铬合金焊接强度的影响。方法:在3种电压、2种脉冲持续时间条件下,对镍铬合金标准试件进行焊接,测量其机械强度。结果:焊接试件抗拉强度及屈服强度与电压及脉冲持续时间呈正变关系,在电压为320v、脉冲持续时间为2ms、12ms时,其抗拉强度分别为 556.6 ±48.6Mpa、570.2±50.2MPa,屈服强度为440.5±36.8Mpa、451.3±37.8MPa,与母材相比差别无显著性。结论:Nd:YAG激光对镍铬合金具有良好的焊接效果,选择合适的焊接参数可达到理想的焊接效果。 Objective: To study the effect of different factors setting on the strengthes of Ni-Cr alloy welded by laser.Methods: Standard samples were welded by laser in three kinds of voltage for two kinds of pulse duration, then measuredtheir mechanical strengthes. Results: The tensile strengthes and the yield strengthes of samples are in positive ratio withvoltage and pulse duration. After welded in 320v for 2ms and 12ms, the tensile strengthes of Ni-Cr alloy were 556.6+48.6MPaand 570.2+50.2 MPa, the yield strengthes of Ni-Cr alloy were 440.5+36.8MPa and 451.3+37.8 MPa, which was no significantdifference with that of original material. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser welding of Ni-Cr alloy could get a good result andhigher strengthes through selecting appropriate factor.
