摘要
CW-PA 型烤瓷 Ni-Cr-Nb 合金是以 Ni、Cr 为主,并合有少量 Mo、Nb、Si、Al 元素的非贵金属合金。该合金具有良好的物理机械性能和化学稳定性。经五种生物学检测试验,证明合金有良好的组织相容性,是一种安全的口腔修复材料。在临床上用该合金与 Vita 和 Uuibond 瓷粉配套使用,为201例病员制作了254件金瓷冠桥修复体,获得满意的修复效果。
CW-PA Type Ni-Cr-Nb ceramic alloy is a non-precious alloy,which contains of Ni,Crand a few of Mo,Nb,Si,Al elements,The components are:Ni 60-75%,Cr 15-20%,Mo 5-9%,Nb 1-4%,Si 1-4%,Al 0.5-3%.Melting point 1371℃,Specific gravity 8.27±Hardness 243HB,Modulus of elasticity 206.12 GPa,Poisson ratio 0.29 Ultimate tensile strength 61.0kg/ mm_2,Yield strength 31.5kg/mm^2.Elongation 11.3%,Casting linear shrinkage 1.98%,Co-efficient of thermal expansion 14.06×10^(-6)/℃ (100℃-400℃),Ultimate shear strength ofmetal-ceramics 6.47kg/mm^2.It has good castability and chemical stability.Five biologicaltests have been taken to evaluate biocompatibility of the alloy.The result shows that it isa safe dental material with a good tissue compatibility.The alloy has been u(?)with Vita& Unibond porcelain to make 254 porcelain-metal restorations for 201 patients.It appearssatisfactory results.
