酵母双杂交系统及发展

The yeast two-hybrid system and its development

摘要 酵母双杂交系统是一种用来在体内研究蛋白质之间相互作用的一个非常有效的手段 ,并且已经得到了广泛的应用 ,它包括双杂交、反向双杂交和三杂交系统等 . The yeast two hybrid system is a powerful technique for detecting in vivo protein interaction and becoming wildly used in the function study of protein. It includes two hybrid,reverse two hybrid and three hybrid system.Here a brief elucidation of the principle and the application of the yeast two hybrid system is presented.
